Mardi Barnes (CoFounder and CoDirector)

Mardi champions the use of Social Media – actively engaging in Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and YouTube, attending conferences, and workshops. Mardi uses social media both to attract new clients and also as part of the suite of marketing tools offered to clients. Constantly monitor client accounts for engagement, impressions and general talk about the brand. Mardi uses her broad understanding of online technologies and approaches (design, implementation, back-end, hosting) to sell to both web-savvy and web-shy clients, providing quotes, proposals, marketing and social media strategy to prospect clients, taking particular delight in my ability to add value through bringing fresh ideas to the client’s business. I also maintained a strong connection with many clients brought into the business.

Felicity Coye

Felicity has spent 12+ years in the advertising and digital industry both in Australia and abroad. She has worked with high profile Australian clients such as the Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, Caltex and Vodafone. In the USA, Felicity lead the day-to-day management of the account services team at a small Denver-based agency and cut her teeth on some serious strategy and digital applications. With both large agency and smaller shop experience, she sees the bigger picture while managing projects on a day-to-day level. Oh, and she’s organised. Obsessively so.

When not at Scoop you can find Felicity chasing her twin boys around the playgrounds of sunny Brisbane.
